Thank you for considering Southwestern Yacht Club to host your special event. Our goal is to provide you with the utmost service to ensure a successful occasion.
While planning your event, we would like you to keep the following information in mind:
To ensure the finest quality service, SWYC Catering offers two serving options for your event: either a set menu or a buffet. Our Catering Manager will be happy to discuss the benefits and limitations of each service option.

If you have a large group and prefer a set menu rather than buffet service, you may offer a choice of entrees to your guests in advance. You may select up to 2 entrees plus a vegetarian entree. A final count of each entree will be required 3 days prior to your event. Place cards identifying each guest's choice are required.

For groups less than 20, you may allow your guests to choose their entree the evening of your event from a pre-designed menu of up to 3 entree options.

Groups of less than 15 are permitted to order directly from the dining room menu.
NOTE: If you have elected to offer a choice of entrees to your guests, and a guest requests an entree from a server that is different than the final count you provided, we will do our utmost to satisfy that guest. However, you will be charged for the pre-selected entree as well as the requested new entree.
A service charge of 18% and 7.75% California sales tax will be added to the bill for all banquet functions.
